Make

Make

A Poem by Jacques - iNkwire
"

Trying to capture the feeling that such a person or "specimen" exists.

"
We've not run out of sugar
and the world still has marble and gold
It must've taken a fleet of artisans
To craft you from that mold
The sun still has its rays
and rainbows still visit the skies
One would think they were all used up
when the universe made your eyes
I am glad we still have music
after they made your voice
as to choose those notes or yours
is not an easy choice
I know your hands are art
Just one glance led me to the truth
what I didn't know however
is that art can reproduce
It is a wonder we have flowers
and that they don't close in dysmorphia
I'd think they weep their colors
whenever they see more of ya

About
Hi. Most of my work is poetry, but I intend to put some stories out in the future. I write about what makes me feel strongly. This approach mostly results in romantic pieces, but I hope to branch o.. more..
