More than Beautiful

A poem about wishing I could say nice things about someone besides "beautiful" and feeling frustrated to not know enough for said complments.

I'm sure you're More Than Beautiful,
but I don't yet know
I want time to learn more
Is there somewhere we can go?
I want to sing your praises
perhaps write about your wits
maybe laugh at your sense of humor
if you crack some sort of quip
we all know you look lovely
but not all know what you're like
I can tell you're sweet as a muffin
But I lack adjectives besides nice
I like your look and fashion sense
and the timbre of your voice
though I'd laud other parts of you
if I had any choice
I want to know more
so I pray for more chances
even if I'm scared to say hi
I hope for more answers
