Not Enough Flowers

I think sending flowers is nice.

The world needs more flowers
and it needs more giving
because not showing you care
is not really living
It isn't a crime
for my wanting her to know
that she's an angel on Earth
even if her partner didn't show
wouldn't the world be prettier
if we all did that?
If we picked and sent flowers,
then grew them all back?
More colors and petals
to adorn our desks
so we'd have something to look at
when we're busy and stressed
Its' no sin to send warmth
since the world can be cold
and to open one's blanket
is something so bold
