Just had to get some mushiness out.

you look nice today

and i wish i could say so

i just thought it best

to hold my tongue

and to not let it go

i still hold my breath

whenever you're around

out of fear i'll look silly

or make some dumb sound

guess i'm glad i have a mask

to hide my stupid grin

or even the grimace i have

when i see that you're in

and whenever you're in,

it's just not enough time

i want to sit down and ask

what's on your mind

i just wish i could see you

somewhere out of work

so that i can tell you dumb jokes

and hope they make you smirk

i really like your vibe

and i really like your eyes

i really like being near you

and the smallest bit of time

i'm so excited to see you

and also terrified

i know i've made little moves

but i still want to try
