A rather heartbreaking look at the effects of extreme dieting motivated, I would imagine, by anorexia. I have an idea for the formatting - what if it was like an upside down triangle? It would start of wide and then taper, and at the pointed end there would be nowhere left to go. I think that would really show the shape of this person's progress through life even better.

I love the structure of the poem. I love the title because it was the abbreviation for pounds which I thought was different. Nice poem. Take Care! Stay Strong! :)
