So many times

I've tried to erase

The memories

The pain

The scars

to no prevail

permanent stains

in my mind

How he touched me

when he wasn't suppose to

How he stole from me

What I didn't want to give

How he laid his hands on me

to cause pain not love

How he lied

to get what he wanted

They broke me

They hurt me

They stole from me

They were heartless

They never cared

They shattered me

They damaged me
