I Wish Her

I Wish Her

A Poem by I Don't Care If You're Contagious

I wish her a beautiful life
as I sit here and destroy mine.
I wish that she will not cry
as I sit here bleeding, waiting to die.
I wish her all of the happy times
as I sit here smoking my last ounce of life.
I wish she will never forget me
as I lie here, ever so desperately.

Sometimes wishing is all we have left after losing someone we care for, at least you were smart enough to make it count in this very raw and wonderfully expressed piece. Good job and I hope you find what you are looking for, but in the mean time I hope you keep writing. :)
