Dropping Down, Please Do Not Give Up

Dropping Down, Please Do Not Give Up

A Poem by I Don't Care If You're Contagious

I can see you have been hurt
I can sense all of their words
Do not let them ruin your life
Expectly in your own eyes.
Dropping down low
Please do not give up hope
If need to be I will let you go
Just do not give up your dreams and hope.

I could tell you everything
It wouldn't matter if I do anything
For all those liars and fakes
they have ruined our fate.

Dropping down faster
Please do not give up on laughter
If need to be I will be your joker
Please do not give up on laughter.

I could be everything you need
the missing puzzle piece
the one thing you need to feel complete
So why is it that you cannot take the leap?

Dropping down at the speed of light
Please do not give up on your happy ever after
If need to be I will be your happy ever after
Please do not give up on our happy ever after.

Ah such a feeling that just screams ever so gently from this poem! The form is excellent, kind of confuses the brain and makes the feelings spoken here more real.

Your selflessness here is quite evident but also your longing and desire. You've created a masterpiece with a turmoil of feelings that are so wide and varied you've found a way to pinpoint it artistically. The feelings fall all around the poem. Softly and gently. There's a world here that utters strangely something both terrifying and thrilling. A world brought only by experience and the unexperienced. You don't live in the black or the white, you live in the middle, with a proper view to the world. Well done.
