I've never had a first kiss that I could have again. That first kiss with trembling lips, with eyes that don't know where to look and hands I don't know where to put, so they just stayed there holding yours...
I've never found that perfect place a second time, where I hold you close and rest my lips upon your neck and you rest yours on mine. our bodies pressed together and our arms entwined.
I've never found another you but I've never stopped looking. Even photos look fake. They don't capture the life in your eyes or how soft your lips are. A photo just shows a disguise like how you don't get the story when just looking at a scar.
I'm living to forget now because I'm dying to remember how your hand felt the first time I held it and how well our fingers fit.
Well I don't know about anyone else but, I got chills reading this. Very emotional, and a bit..lustful? Lustful while still being sweet and loving. It's a very interesting combo, a very enjoyable combo that you've managed to capture!
You can really feel the memory surging through this poem. I love the last stanza, it's really gripping, mostly because I think everyone that's ever really cared about someone and lost it can relate.

This is so sweet, I love to write things like this. About special memories, first kiss for me, would be a pretty happy memory.
It described that moment in life so well. Great poem!
