You change
You’re like a river
Winding and twisting
Every which way
Going in every direction
And pulling me along.

You’re amazing
You’re what I want
You’re who I’ve wanted forever
You were different
You used to be someone else
You made some decisions I cant overlook
But you’ve changed now
And you’re who I need right now.

I just hope you don’t change again
I hope I’m not part of a pattern
And I wish you’d stop talking like I was.
