Scales of EdenA Poem by Lungile I MtsweniGender Equity Parity SpiritualitySo, thou saith masculinity is toxic like Wormwood, For demanding femininity, as understood. In the stead thereof, thou offereth feminism, Whose terms thou insist be in thine stand, Terminal to fundamental equity, Determined for male and female, Through acts of God, in the Garden of Eden. It is not written that He created male, then female, For this cause, none is subservient to the other. It is not written that He blessed male, apart from female, So it follows, neither gender is favoured more than the other. Notably, it is written that the Creator created them, Male and female, in His image, in His likeness. He blessed them and saidst unto them, "Be fruitful and multiply, replenish the earth and subdue it." He continued to bless them, saying, "Have dominion over the fish of the sea," Not over each other. And blessed them even more, saying, "Have dominion over the birds of the air," Not over each other. Moreover, unto both He said, "Have dominion over every living thing, That moveth upon the earth," Never did He say, "over each other." Never, never, never. "As light endureth, thou esteemed Christian, thy ministration is disobedience and clear rebellion. In thy dark malefice, thou dost harm the feminine, steadfastly professing to love the Lord. Yet, thou blaspheme His creation, blatantly, as the sun shines, revealing thy malignity toward the masculine." The Scales of Eden Love and obedience are the same in meaning Before the Lord, and before the LORD. For in the beginning, male and female, Created He them, in His image, in His likeness. So has it been, since creation. Art thou dividing the word of His work in truth? Thou saith man is head of a woman, The woman is an help, so it is written. Yet the question remains, "Is woman exclusively female?" For man is not exclusively male. He created man in His image, in His likeness, Male and female created He them. Though misogyny, expressed variously, Refuseth freedom from unbelief, Evinced perpetually in false doctrine across ages. Typifying males as rational, females as emotional, Males as leaders, females as subjects, Males the constructive, females the destructive These untruths unwittingly spoken in homes, Spread from pulpits, declared on public podia. Thou still professeth to be Christian, Though, thou teacheth disobedience, In k"ryssō malice about females. So long as thou toucheth title et Christianity, A farcicality it still is, to blaspheme His work, Through Katachraomai hyper"phaniasto to females. The Scales of Eden Egalize conjugal benevolence and goodwill, For husband, male, and for wife, female. The Word of His Work giveth exousia tou somatos, Unto husband over wife, and similarly, to wife over husband. Money answereth all, still goodwill encompaseth lucre Fasting and praying, The only exceptions of denial with agreement, To resume egalized consideration of one another. So it has been, since creation, So must it be, in the now and the future. Let not man indoctrinate another man, With feigned discipleship, Of gender antagonism. Let man teach man, The Scales of Eden, Gender equity, gender parity. © 2025 Lungile I MtsweniAuthor's Note
