Fragile

Fragile

A Poem by Labyrinthine

Some vicious hips, a soporific sin.
Hands gliding like ice over my skin.
Close your eyes, open your heart,

waste a night, morning’s far.

My heart’s dangling from the ceiling
Like your dining room chandelier.
I hope an earthquake strikes thorough fear,
so I can give up and learn to start living.
