Like an Iris…

The flower grows into a beautiful blossom

Full of beauty and mystery

The sun shines down on the iris and makes us wonder

How can anything be so beautiful?
The flower slowly absorbs rain, love, and wind

I love the flower because it is situated in the grass

The flower is extremely radiant and pretty

I admire the blossom for its visual looks

The iris wilts, dies, and goes away

Leaving its shadow behind
