I Choose

I Choose

A Poem by huntnteen

I choose friendship,
I choose sadness.
Rather than relationship,
and joy.
I choose loneliness,
I chose slight joy,
Rather than happiness,
and a good life.
I choose dancing,
I choose pain,
rather than kissing,
and glee.
I choose to do nothing
I choose to watch
rather than receive everything,
for it seems to be doomed.
