You, my LoveA Poem by huntnteenThis is a poem of what my mind has been thinking on for the past couple weeks. You, my Love:
Love, my Love, I run from you, But not because you want me to, Yet because when you draw near, You, my Love, bring the pain I fear, I watch for you to call me back, But I cover my ears with a piece of sack, Then from you, my Love, I hide, But no matter how hard I tried, I can't forget anything, About how you once were my everything, Then one day I failed, And our talking made my soul wail, So I ran, from you my love, and continue, To hid my hurt behind other venue, But alas, I must let go, And you, my Love, might never know. © 2008 huntnteenAuthor's Note
