A Poem by Boyd Johnson

“No girl kisses like you isn’t trouble.”

I told her.

“Well that night, I met you, they all told me you were trouble.”

I smiled.

“They told me you were a w***e.”

I stopped smiling,

and started laughing.

with her naked by my side

I was laughing.

“It’s not that funny. Are you?”

“I am a guiltless victim of circumstance, guilty only of believing in hope over experience.”

I reached over the bed and had a sip of beer,

“I’ve never slept with a woman without thinking she was going to save me. Present company included”

I smiled and kissed her forehead,

She smiled, and grabbed my dick.

“Let’s try and see if we can’t squeeze a few more one liners out of you.”

its all how you look at the thing.

its all how you put it.

lies or not,

if you believe it,

its something.

"No girl kisses like you isn't trouble." - I get a bit awk on this line.

"I've never slept with a woman without thinking she was going to save me. Present company included" - best build up and line in the piece.

Another hit dear sir. Pump the jam.
