Do you like me or are you just trying to be nice

They are nice to me ya
But that doesn't mean anything
I could be just a person they see
That needs help they could just be
My freind out of sympathy
They could be faking it
And really hate me
For I am just a stupid
Annoy piece of sh*t
I am cool at first
Then people start
Seeing me for who
I Realy am and
Soon they will
See me the
Way I see me
Or maybe they
See the real me
And just fake
It for I don't
See how
People can
Like me
When I don't
Even like me
