Christmas at the In-LawsA Poem by ~Blue Fantasy~A funny Christmas poem!!Christmas at the In-Laws
In-laws and out-laws, we all gather together Our friends and our ex’s all dressed in their leather Things might get wild no guarantees At least we’ll all be together on Christmas Eve
The fire is burning, the Yule log is roasting The stockings hung too close are now toasting Shots might ring out, eggnog will go dry And I’m sure Loraine will make Peggy cry
The same old stuff she tells her each year Just too be mean and steal her cheer All the talk and gossip you’ll hear Is enough to last you for the next three years
Billy and Bobby are wrestling in the floor The dogs barking and anxious for more The table now set with red plastic cups We’ll all sit down to our Christmas pot luck
We’ll dance and we’ll sing and pick our strings As we all gather round the Christmas tree
