For all you did for us.

 

My Savior

 

Thank you Jesus for all you have done.

You are God’s Holy true Son.

 

You laid down your life for all humanity.

A perfect plan put into place long before the human race.

 

You walked the earth and taught the Word,

And healed all the blind.

 

You loved the children and taught them too,

And wouldn’t let anyone push them aside.

For everywhere you always went the people would reside.

 

You loved God your Father and His Word and obeyed Him.

You shared the Truth with everyone in all the places.

 

The day your time had come to be hung on the cross.

Evil thought it was God’s loss, but God had a bigger plan.

 

With excruciating pain they nailed your hands and your feet.

They spat on you and made fun of you for they had no clue

 

They stood you up on that cross for all the world to see.

The tears and cries came out from your loved ones on bended knee.

 

Your blood ran down your face and over your body.

The pain was horrible, you kept on praying to your Father.

 

All was done, your blood had run out onto the ground below the cross.

This was not a loss, for God had won.

 

They took Him down and wrapped Him up and placed Him in a tomb.

To everyone’s surprise He was no longer inside, but had gone to be with His Father.

 

God said, “My Son I am glad you are here and you did well all those years,

And now it is finally complete!”

 

Now all who wants to know Me and live with Me for all eternity in Heaven.

Call upon my Name, Jesus and I will save you.

The Lord is surely smiling on your heart. May the Lord bless and keep you. May He shine His face upon you and give you peace. That is what faith does...it draws the attention of the Lord so that we may be blessed. But even faith is a gift from Him from whom all good blessings flow...just as the water and the blood from His wounded side...our hearts should also be pierced with His love. Beautiful.
