Eden. A fairy is born

Eden. A fairy is born

A Story by hoyt

"Eden was a fairy,  a fairy in the truest sense. As tiny as a youthful dragonfly and fleeting with a zip and flare for life. Her gossamer wings seemed fragile,  yet carried her any and every where her mind and tiny huge heart desired.
She was born, as all fairies, in a magical moment  for her to give her gift to the world. Hers was a simple gift, like many of the most meaningful are. Her golden hair tied back in a bun so that the wind wouldn’t tangle it with her wings, and her shimmering dress snugly upon her so as to not slow her darting in and out of limbs and leaves, and going any space she pleased.
It started, as all fairies, with a warm angels tear. Not a tear of sorrow. Oh no, but rather a tear of joy at the beauty of a newly bloomed flower. When an angel would
shed a tear in admiration of the worlds simplest beauty, and it fall gently into the bowl of a tulip or buttercup, it would quietly rest.  If the night happened to be a moonlit night, at just the right moment, and just the right place, when the moons light would pierce the night and shine through limbs and leaves waving to the stars,  it’s beam would reach  into the bottom of the flower and stir the tear.  As it is stirred by an unseen wand, the form of the tiniest most delicate creature would appear. Faster and faster it  would stir till the spinning tear took a vibrant life of its own  Then, with a sparkle and a flash, out of the flower a fairy would  zip into the air, spiraling and sprinkling circles of light like rain as it passed the tallest tree tops. Above the forest the newborn fairy would come to a sudden halt, and hovering quietly in a rare still moment, gaze awestruck at the life below and all around.  While the stars twinkle and the moons glow interrupt the darkness of night, so too would the glint in the fairy’s eye join the luminous veil of the sky.  With a sweetly mischievous smile the fairy  would think its first thought.
“Time for life!” and with that thought zip off into the waiting world, to touch it with moments of beauty and joy.
Eden’s  journey started just that way. Each moment would be it’s own adventure......"

Oh Yes, you must take this further.. into a longg succession of myths or adult (not too naughty if at all) adult fairy tales, but, retain the gentle magic of your imagination.

'when the moons light would pierce the night and shine through limbs and leaves waving to the stars, it's beam would reach into the bottom of the flower and stir the tear. ' - that's beautiful!

Thank you so much for sharing such a delightful piece of writing.
