The Wind Flows Like A Whisper

The Wind Flows Like A Whisper

A Poem by Lexi Nicole
"

And oh, how it rages.

"

The wind flows a whisper
Floating through my hair
And I hear it whistle softly
Ringing in my ears
And in it is your laughter
Or perhaps that was a tear
Your heavy breaths corrupt the storm
You bend it over me
And oh, how it rages
But yet, somehow calm
I stand at the center
Stare into its eye
And I know that somewhere
Deep inside
You’re there, waiting
For me to see
How you made this storm
For me

I love the whispery yet sensual nature of this poem.

Thank you!
gah, I love it :D I think you should add something to the ending line though, it sounds like it's missing a syllable. Maybe have it be "Just for me"? Either way though, I love the conflict in this, and your word choice. Lovely :3
