Personified Light

She didn't stop to talk, but she hummed as she walked.

Did you see a girl with golden eyes
Wandering aimlessly, wondering why
She didn’t know where she was heading
But she knew how to get there
And she wouldn’t stop to talk
But she hummed as she walked
And her voice rang in your ears
It was all you could hear
And she wore all white
She looked like personified light
And she turned to you and winked
And like that you couldn’t think
And before you knew it she was gone
