Will I Forget?

Do I have to dream of you
With roses in your hair
Your precious smile stretched across your face
Your hand reaching out for mine
Only to wake up and find
That you will never again be by my side?

 

 

 

Will the smell of your sweet perfume
Linger on the sheets as if you
Were there just last night
So that perhaps I can pretend
That one day you’ll come home again?

 

 

 

Do I have to taste your kiss
Lingering on my longing lips
Your touch playing on my fragile skin
Only to know I will never feel you again?

 

 

  Day by day, will I forget you?
The softness of your hair
And the pitch of your voice
And music in your laugh
And the sun in your eyes
Will I slowly start to forget my love
As the days keep slinking by?

Well, it definitely is emotional but the font is a little hard to read, and it kind of takes from the poem, maybe if you just made the words a little bigger it'd be easier to read. Just a suggestion ^^ I really liked this one though, I like the title XD
