Author's Note

Ok story behind this one: I went running at the park today, and once I was finished I was really hot and my calves were killing me. So I saw this tree and I went over to it for shade and to lean on its trunk while I stretched my legs. I was looking up at the tree and I thought it was really pretty and this poem was born. :3
