Author's Note

Song. Female voice, soft guitar intro. Guitar solo between the second to last and last verses (between "...dirge of my heart" and "this is the long-awaited...".). Female voice, any vocal range. I had a story based around this, but I don't like how that came out. I might put it up later.

wow nice.
One or two things,
IMHO It's not sorrowful enough. It's sad, but it's not a tear-jerker(not that it has to be).
Three stanza's ending in listen to the dirge of my heart. Hmmmmmm, that's good, but I dunno, it get's repetitive.
Omg I love the fourth stanza. Beautiful.
