Clawing at every opportunity to show who she truly is

On the inside

The girl on the outside afraid to show who she truly is

Afraid of being bullied, judged and pushed away for who she is

Scarred from her past encounters

She pushes who she is deeper and deeper

Until who she truly is is just a distant voice

She thinks if she doesn’t hear the voice

She doesn’t need to worry about it

Not heard not seen

But the girl inside wants to have a voice

To be heard and be respected for who she is

A strong and capable girl

One whos not afraid to show who she is
