Exhale

Exhale

A Poem by Dano

The mood has gotten dark
The smell of flesh freshly burnt
Brings life to my numb tongue
Your silhouette beams bright
Under the red moon
Life blossoms under you as
The rot gorges itself inside
The death clings to you
Life flourishes as the
First breath of the wicker tree
Exhales

Exhale to new rebirth, or to be rid of life?
Wondering deeply... loved this.
You make the reader think.
I like the elusive, transience always
if people are aware of this. You're.

Thanks.
