Simply SnowflakesA Poem by MadelaineThis was quite random.Dew drops, Nature's chemistry. Society is full of complications; I just want the simple things.
I want to watch the twirling snowflakes Making their rounds through the sky, Like dancers on a stage; I wish I were as smooth.
Is it hard to ask for a thrill? Youth and toxicity? I want the world to blend; I want chemicals and metal.
I'm dreaming of stairs Taking me only where I want to go; Lead me nowhere to escape it all. I want to be trapped in a cloud, Away from the thick fog; The overwhelming streets where we collide. © 2008 MadelaineFeatured Review
