There once lived a woman,
So Fragile and Pale.
She lived all alone.
So she couldn’t fail.
She once had been strong,
The Strongest, they'd say.
And no matter what happened,
She'd get through the day.
Her life had been hard,
And unbearable, too.
But her hope kept her living,
And she made it through.
She never cared about herself;
The others came first.
She'd smile for them,
Till her heart wanted to burst.
Who would anyone live like that?
So Giving, and Loving, and Tenderly Caring?
She never was happy.
With the burden she was bearing.
She gave it her all,
So they would be glad.
Even when they displeased her,
She never got mad.
She loved with a passion,
And always mislead.
They thought she was happy,
Because of the smiles to them she fed.
There once lived a woman,
The greatest of all!
She died all alone,
So no others would fall.
