Still

I just started typing tonight & this is what came out. :)

You may think no one could truly love you,

or that they're never thinking of you,

but that's not true.

 

The tears you cry have drenched you,

while the waves just crash against you,

just look at you.

 

You're still strong & you're still standing,

you've perfected your crash landing,

you're still alive & you're still free,

& you're still everything to me.
