She's Here

She's Here

A Poem by David

What an inspiration

Take a minute

Think about it

What she means

and what she says

Just two different things

to me

I could go for days

About the things I see

and feel

But eternity is needed

To describe the halo

On this angel

What words could be enough

To describe such grace?

What point is there to life

But to attain this touch?

But touch won't be received

From this spirit's lovely hands

Why go on?

In hope?

In fear?

Wait...

I know now

She's here

I liked this, alot.
It's an easy and good read.
My favourite part:
"Why go on?

In hope?

In fear?

Wait...

I know now

She's here"

BRILLIANT!
Thank you for sharing.

This is so light and conversational. It flowed......I loved the clean, smooth edges you used....not sure if I am making sense but just wanted to tell you i liked the easy read, the exceptional ending. Everything. Cheers, lea

I really like this.
There is a feeling of tension throughout the poem, that really helps pull the reader into it.
