Calamities

Calamities

A Poem by Harrisen Viator

The ridiculous rederin' of red blood on our souls
sends calamities careening crushin' our homes.
My sanity's sending me slowly some hope,
now shockwaves are shattering shame in my bones.
I can't come to grips with the careless hate we endure,
but the flames of failure for the road to move forward.
Unlawful misunderstandings undermine another cure,
'cause maniacal monsters move pawns for the hoards.
Lame ducks leave lottos for the launderers ploys
while sinister snakes sold our souls for their toys.
Guidance in the home gave'em a good to destroy,
to serve up senseless slaves with no struggle or voice.
