Take another minute

Let's all take a minute and

reflect on our words

and when I'm finished

think about what you heard.

Everyone says s**t that

they don't really mean, 

when in reality your words

could dry up a stream,

move mountains,

fulfill all your dreams.

Everything you say means

more than it seems.

Every word that is uttered

creates some belief.

Can cause pain in others

or bring them relief.

If you say negatives

on a daily basis

you mind creates it

within you,

so save it, don't hate s**t.

Don't hate you,

be who you want,

you'll be great, too.
