Leavin' You

Leavin' You

A Poem by Harrisen Viator

You say you don't believe in me,
Well I'll be leavin' you.
You made me promise,
That if you changed
I couldn't leave you.
Well, I'm the one
That ended up changing,
But you were free to choose.
How do you think that
Truly affected me?
You're gone, I've seen it through,
Now my heart ain't cold
To the world,
But what did I see in you?
You said you don't believe in me,
Well, I'll be leavin' you.
