As humans,

As poem I like it and think that it is pretty well done.
As a concept, I had to keep asking who you were to speak for humans? I realize that you in turn asked the people to back you up with it in the last line. So... this is a tough one... Perhaps you should tell people to do these things rather than state that they will do those things, which pessimistic me finds hard to trust in if you know what I mean... Just something to think about...

Oh, hmm you do make a good point! I'm just a natural optimist, because I have to be for my own emotional stability. So, that's why the poem flows the way it does, because I would like to think that people are inherently good. Thank you for your insight, it will surely give me something to think about :)
