A Poem by H.L. Cerveise

A Brief Moment

I close my eyes, and I imagine.
I smell your sweet hair against my face.
I feel your soft warm skin touch my cheek.
My lips brush against your luscious tender lips.
Our tongues seek each other out and caress.
My hand glides across your pulsing neck.
Your silky hair flows between my fingers.
Your arms embrace me tightly, never letting me go.
Our spirits bind tightly, lustily together.
I open my eyes, and it all vanishes into the dark void.

And story of my life
the amount of glimpses i have in one day
of something exactly just that

is alarming

but what is life without that much desire .... passion is proof we are human
