AlphalogosA Poem by H.L. CerveiseA poem from about 30 years ago, digging through my archives, lol.Alphalogos
Eternal void engulfed in nothingness. Trapped by non-existent bonds, Boundlessness surrendered to nothingness, Absolute void is entranced in blackness.
Slowly, the circles entwine. Finite light shines in infinite emptiness, Expanding ever faster, The light captures every corner of the darkness. Pure and bright be the infinite.
In the infinite light, loam explodes. Simplicity twists into a complexity. Death breeds life.
Still entangled and imprisoned in leaden bonds, Life spawns ultimate death. The heavy bars break. Finite blackness hides in the glaring light.
Splinters of light flitter through the gray, The fallen sneers at the broken splinters, It is surrendered but no longer trapped. © 2016 H.L. CerveiseReviews
