The investor

The investor

A Poem by Haim Kadman
"

A poem that describes a certain actuality.

"

For the block

which I’ve bought

I’ve paid a lot,

and I’ve turned

to the Lord’s son

with a humble request

I asked him to give

me a lone…

His answer was:

"leave me alone!”

The block purchase

was quite dear,

but thank God

it’s quite clear

that it’s not my

pocket,

which was cleared

up but yours

my fellow citizens.
