The Puppet is a thriller that relates the bizarre adventures of a certain prominent figure of the minority population in the state of Israel, a leader of a political party that flies to London; to pass a relaxing weekend; where he meets a waitress of a Tunisian descent, that's what she tells him. He passes a night with her that's ends up with extortion and his total submission to that waitress, which turns out to be a young Mossad agent that becomes his operator. A couple of weeks after his return she fixes a meeting with him in East Jerusalem and orders him to travel to Beirut Lebanon, where he is to participate in a convention of terror organizations, and when he returns to his home in Nazereth he is suspected in treason and has to flee through the Kingom of Jordan to the capital of the United Emirates. At first he is suspected as being a spy, but he manages to prove his inocence, and serves as an advisor to the local authorities. His operators efforts to contact him are used by the local authrities to supply his operators with disinformation, but instead of a negative turn the opposite happens, when clandestine ties are being created between the Sunnie Arab states of Saudi Arabia and Israel, to deter Iran’s subversive activities and influence all over the Middle East.
