At nine am after a night in a stinking cell and sleeping full dressed on the cell's cold floor, Yuri met with two tough FSB agents. He had to pass a third degree interrogation, while one of them made him repeat his real story from beginning to end, and the other one slapped his face and beat him with a rubber bludgeon, whenever Yuri tried to think before answering; it lasted more than three long hours, Yuri's answers were checked and rechecked by a group of three experts, which listened online to the interrogation process and taped it. They sat in an operation chamber on the second floor, and Yuri's answers were found satisfying. Still Yuri had to spend the afternoon in the dungeon a few more hours, without any food and drink. At a quarter to five pm he was led up to the service room of the first floor, to take a shower and change and was put in one of the more convenient cells on that floor. He was given a superabundant supper to his surprise, but was told to be patient and had to pass another night in seclusion, but it was a rather peaceful night compared with the previous one.

From Wednesday morning on Yuri faced a group of Intelligence experts, SVR agents most of them; and he had to answer their questions on his entire experience as a CIA future agent. He had to tell his life story since his migration to the United States, and up to his recruitment to the American notorious secret service; how he was approached and what exams he had to pass, and all about his training period at camp Peary.

It took ten days that passed from Yuri's point of view in quite comfortable conditions, he felt that he is being accepted and he knew that he took the right decision; by crossing the lines to the other side, to his natural compatriots' side.
