The gap between the president and his two lone supporters, which consisted of the national security adviser, the secretary of state; and the rest of the regime's members and advisers turned into a deep precipice. The only person that did not take a side was Medows the presidential house chief of staff.

The defense secretary, the chairman of the army joint chiefs of staff and the CIA head were the leaders of the majority group, which objected to the president's current conceptions and policies.

The modern triumvirate that consisted of the defense secretary, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the CIA head, which were led by the defense secretary decided unanimously on July the fourth 2016 in a secret meeting, which took place at the defense secretary's office, to act contrary and against the president's idleness.

'The question is Charlie what are exactly our goals, and how we're going to act; in what ways and means can our goals be reached, in these hectic times of the coming presidential elections?' The army chairman of the joints chiefs of staff wished to know. He was a very practical person, and did not like to define any issue in general terms; particularly when the objective that joined the three of them together, was in fact a revolt.

'I've been thinking of it Mat and I know that it may seen as an impossible task, and that's why we've to find out together how to persuade or force the president to change his mind.'

'But what do you mean by changing his mind or what do we expect by forcing him to do what?'

'I'ts ours and the national security council belief that we must attack Iran's nuclear center near the city  of Zahedan, and the forces that are threatening our naval task force in the Persian Gulf. We've to do it before they'll join forces with the Russians, and threaten our own cities with their intercontinental missiles.'

'No way Charlie it won't work out, if he decided to wait he'll stick to his decision. He doesn't want to be the one that would order the opening of what could turn into a war, we know him too well and his passive reaction towards the conflict with Syria during 2013; do I've to remind us how instead of teaching the Syrian murderous regime a lesson he made a deal with the Russians. He decided to leave everything and every problem to his successor. We must think of some other ways Charlie.' John Brown the CIA head remarked with a note of skepticism.

'There's only one way left then, to turn to congress to declare war on Iran according to clause eleven of the constitution, and thus force the president to act or he will be impeached…'

'We must act very fast Charlie…'

'I'll see to it and I'll ask the congress majority leader to join us.'
