ENRAGED IN LOVE

A poem about expectations, confusing love and anger.

There is only feeling that bounds my body is rage and love,

There's hatred there's so much  in left unfiltered in my soul,

Rage because i let people hurt me and cross boundaries for them even though all i get is enraged sad feeling,

Rage because i expect people to treat me like i treated them,

Rage because i drown and morn in sadness that were never mine , that were never meant to be created,

Rage because i thought i can turn people into home, even though i never know what a home look like,

Rage because i expect the similar kind of love from every other conceptual, practical and self absorbed being,

And love because i am the child of human race,

because love made me ,it was all i was taught,

I was always the ordinary ,average and always good and never brilliant being,

I was always the girl in class,

All i had was love love and love,

But I realized love makes us enraged in expectations,

As Khalid says Love gives naught but itself and takes naught but from itself,

For love is insufficient unto love,

And still i chose to be enraged in love.
