Life Can Be

Life Can Be

A Poem by his better half

I tend to see the glass half full
And always believe that God is always in control
I believe that if people put more energy into loving people
Instead of knocking someone down, pick them up
Instead of hating someone for no good reason
Love everyone no matter what the season

Every one has some value
And that we are not here for long, we are just passing through
We will leave a legacy behind no matter what we do
How did we treat others, did we do the right things?
We will know when we hear the final bell ring

Life can be marvelous
Our time here can be grand
Just don’t stay long behind the velvet rope
Get out and take a stand
