Breakup

About a breakup recently

What we had
it was great
so why did it have to end
it took some time
to set our feet
upon the ground
but before we touched the ground
you set off a ticking time bomb
that sent us flying
high to the clouds
you ended it so quickly
I knew time was running short
so I was set for the bomb
but didn't see it coming
the bomb went too early
you escaped the hurt
you got out fine
but I did not
the bomb hit me hard
it hit me right in the heart
now cause you set off the bomb
my heart now is broken
I have no healing power
just the power to forget
just as we hit the ground
you set off the tiling time bomb
