Undressing

Undressing

A Poem by A.A.Romanczuk

Embarrassed by Her beauty, O how the trees do blush

To watch Earth slowly undressing

As the glorious month unravels

Indecisive September...the month that we first met

I collect thoughts into my golden net

Pretending to be a fisherman

And release them into the rain

As it drenches my clothes, entering

The house of my soul

Frigid, nourishing sorrow...

O how the trees shall soon relinquish

Their garish clothes to please their Lady

With the simplicity of shapely limbs.

Damnation, that was a crazy good vision of the coming of winter. I love shapely limbs.....who doesn't? Loved it. Garish clothes....nice.

so sweetly described and analgeous reference to "As it drenches my clothes, entering

The house of my soul

Frigid, nourishing sorrow...

O how the trees shall soon relinquish "

even more delicate and visually pleasing than the last one...
