Dying Chemistry

Dying Chemistry

A Poem by A.A.Romanczuk

These thoughts they spin
Like clothes in a washing machine
Waiting to be stabbed
With safety pins
And laid out to dessicate
My heart bleeds
Like colors in bleach
To have to watch us evaporate
Like H2O on a sunny day
When my molecules want to clash with yours
Creating explosive chemical reactions
So we can lie inebriated
With love intoxicated
And just hold hands
As the last sunset fades
