Mute and BlindA Poem by A.A.RomanczukHer eyes were melancholy and bright
Like stars falling at the touch of sorrow
Sometimes they were like sailing ships
Lost on the horizon
Of aching thoughts and dreams
Sometimes they sparkled
With the brilliance of a thousand suns
Too often were they cast down
Her eyes...
Her eyes left him
Mute and blind
