Mornings In Nadliwie

Mornings In Nadliwie

A Poem by A.A.Romanczuk

Sunlight trickles from the firmament

Like honey from a comb

Creating shadows soft

Around the woodland home

The woodpecker drives himself into a tree

Urgent to break the fast

I am alone with my steaming tea

Ingesting the genteel dawn

Before into reality I am cast

For they all lie yet asleep

As I observe a grazing fawn

A nimble, auburn squirrel scurrying along

I listen to the woodland song

Inhale the living blood of trees afloat

On the languid air

Note the dew on fragile spider webs remote

Hear the slither of the snake without a care

For to me all of this is holy

A land of ancient souls

A land heavensent

Ohh dear ,how i ve lived this experience..
when things are going too much for me..i just take leave to the wild out there
alone and as sunlight began lighting the earth again..very faint at start
i see creatures and their mother land like everything start at their routine yet again
something they always did a million times..for years, the scent ,the heavenly sounds
it seems like its been orchestrated and rehearsed thousands of times
to bring forth a picture in colors and unique smells, something you just like to live and see, everyday
lovely write..

A treasure of soft tranquil moments and imagery. Written as though the reader is whispering this as an ancient secret for us all.

oh I do agree with every little pore within my soul that soaks up the sorroundings in this same manner~beautiful~beautiful!~ my predawn moments of complete silence and solitary breathing are my own little treasures before the world wakes and starts making all sorts of noise outside of nature to which dawn belongs~
