Come, Let Me Soothe You...

Come, Let Me Soothe You...

A Poem by A.A.Romanczuk

Rest your weary, troubled head

Upon my breast

I shall play Mother

Crooning sweet endearments

Entirely deserved by you

I shall hold you close

And fondly caress

Those midnight tufts of hair

Perhaps you shall be moved

To tell me what has disturbed you so

And a listening ear

Shall I lend

I shall hold on for dear life

Weaving for us a Love Nest

Until you are soothed

Ohh my friend, this was so lovely ,how i believed in all this
always imagined love could be so strong to compete with his love to a mother
and how intriguing ,when he finds her both, how then she takes all over him
his past love for a dear one,and the present personified in her sweet presence
she will lollify him, croon sweet endearments and hold close and the caresses
its a mingled baby love with a mature love,so he is dazed and disturbed
but the listening ears and the warm hugs, she will hold a dear life and
a love nest..so warm and soothing..who would not love it
i ve heard some big ones tell about love like that
they get engulfed with it,and like bathe in its deep waters
lovely write..
