The Moodiness Of A Poet

The Moodiness Of A Poet

A Poem by A.A.Romanczuk

I find myself lost in daydreams

Each as heartwrenchingly beautiful and unlikely

As the next

Still there is something of poetry

Even in the dryest grain of sand

A few solitary tears fall unbidden

Are they tears of sorrow?

Are they tears of joy?

They are simply tears accompanying a sigh

An unexplainable heaviness

That soon will pass

Perhaps it is nothing

A silly human phenomenon

That needs not substance

To make it real

I see flowers blooming

Where life cannot be

Created by the threads of my mind

I see pale moons like suns shining

Tis true

A writer, a, poet, author, novelist, artist, can capture anything! One of my favorite quotes of all times is . . .

"The most powerful weapon on earth is the human soul on fire."

I think that's true. If you can imagine it, if you can dream it, it most certainly can become and seem real to you. That's what is so great about a person's mind. It can think up anything. Wonderful work. You're voice comes through very well. :)

the eyes and minds of an artists are truly miraculous...we see the dust of dust...the light inside the dark...the necessity of our pain...the requirement of all to suffer towards growth...this is so eloquent...my being arises to your occasion....thank you...

What a beautiful review, Blues :) Thank You :)..it's those things that make You question Your sanity...those things that are not real but are more real than reality...those things that You feel with every fiber of Your being..that sensitivity...those create beautiful works...those help make life bearable...those open eyes and make one see the world in a different...a deeper...lovelier light :) Thank You :)

Tis so true..times i see things dont make sense at all i question my sanity
lost in daydreams ,beautioful ugly some could never be
love and hate came here and there ,just could never explain
things out of ordinary ,is this poetry so they say
i have a mind to it..i feel joy then i cry
tears come so silly while i am all happy
times i laugh at all humanity
and times i pity them ,how silly
they will never know..is it before time
this knowing or is it out of place and time
i know it never need be real..though it could
be more real than anything they thought
i just see.always saw..i just open my mind
and all strange things flow..like your moons and sun
always thought poetry was to blame .
lovely write..
